Dylan's Grilled Skirt Steak with Chimichurri-ish Sauce 

I am in love with skirt steak. It's delicious and flavorful.  

It cooks quickly and is easy to cook for summer barbecue.  

If you cut it thin, it's fantastic way to spice up the simple salad. And we love it even as tacos 

in the event that it gets this far. We're usually unable to stop eating it straight off the board! 

n all honesty, the sons don't really like steak because it's a bit difficult to chew,  

however skirt steak melts your mouth, which makes it more enjoyable to eat and everyone enjoys it.

Place everything in a food processor , and then pulse until it all comes together.

The steak should be seasoned with garlic and pepper powder and then drizzle with lime juice and soy sauce. Then let it sit for a time.

The grill should be heated to high. Sear steaks over high heat for 2 minutes each side. 

Rest for a few minutes before cutting across the grain. Serve with sauce and serve.
