In his engagement with Joycelyn Savage, R. Kelly said: "I'm not the victim, I'm not the monster."
According to court documents obtained by The Post, R. Kelly is engaged with Joycelyn Savage.
As Kelly's fiancée, Savage wrote a letter to the federal judge, requesting leniency for Kelly's decades-long sexual abuse of women and underage girls.
“I’m writing this letter in support of Robert in advance of his sentencing, so I can explain to the court that I’m not the victim
that the government has portrayed me to be.”
According to her, he is a truly extraordinary person and not the monster the government has described
