Norman Reedus claims that Death Stranding 2 is in development according to Kojima

Norman Reedus recently claimed that Hideo Kojima had just begun work on a new Death Stranding game.

Kojima shared a handful of pictures of Reedus and Kojima with the caption, "go to your private room, friend" - without directly commenting on the revelation.

Death Stranding's lead character Sam Bridges - played by Reedus - uses the private room to recover during his journey.

Kojima added a thumbs-up emoji and heart-eyes as a way of softening the blow.

Norman Reedus has confirmed a sequel to Death Stranding is in development.

In a new interview, Reedus - the actor behind lead role Sam Porter Bridges - discussed Death Stranding and simply said: "We just started making it."

In addition, Reedus confirmed yesterday how he came to be in this position.

'Guillermo Del Toro, who gave me my first movie, said, 'Hey, there's a guy named Hideo Kojima, he's going to call you, just say yes.'

And I say, 'What do you mean just say yes?' He says, 'Stop being an asshole, just say yes'.
